Carter's Remodeling sign at the intersection of Moore's Pike and Smith Rd, in the grass. This was #173858, which I thought was closed, so maybe they just put the sign back.

Crosswalk on east side of Rogers at 10th Street blocked by a construction sign. They moved the sign out of the way over Friday night. They put the sign back in the way Saturday morning. Photo at 11:42 a.m. Saturday November 7th.
Cascades park. Why is it so hard to drive here?! Surely you can make it one way or protected bike path or even clog the other end instead of forcing town to expend significant gas miles to get to the north entrance? Please tell me this restricting isn't permanent
Overgrown bunches of tall grass obscure vision for cars crossing E First at Hawthorne.
A huge sidewalk is being put in on the west side of Sare. It seems like Sare is now too narrow and ripe for traffic accidents.

This morning, Monday, Nov 10 just before 9am I was walking up to the intersection of First and Clifton in Bloomington when a city sanitation truck stopped in front of me. The sanitation employee opened the lid on a yard waste can and found trash on top of the debris. (not my house or cans). I witnessed him remove the trash with his hands and throw it on the street, then dump the yard waste in the truck. When he started to leave, I confronted him and asked him to pick it up the trash he had thrown on the ground. There was a trash bin and recycling bin within inches of the yard waste bin. Not only did he refuse, but he called me a fucking bitch and moved very aggressively toward me, screaming excuses of why he did not have pick it up, was entitled to discard it because it was in the wrong can, and called me every vile name he could imagine. I PICKED UP THE TRASH HE THREW IN THE STREET. His actions are completely inappropriate and I hope you will address this. He had blondish hair and was the rider, not driver on the truck. It shouldn't be too hard to figure out who it was. Ann Wesley
