The HVAC system located on the far north side of the Showers Building has an extremely loud, high pitched noise. This noise is very disturbing if you're anywhere near the 10th and Madison ST intersection, including the outdoor greenspace and seating, which many people from The Mill and County Government frequent.

2007 Nissan Murano with vehicle plate TK340OOX conducted a right turn at the signal where there was a sign saying "No turn on red" while their signal was red at 10th and union street.
