Dear Ms. Granger, I am writing to you again this year about the "encampment" of vagrants near Cascades Park in your council district. Located near the corner of N. College and Old 37 it is a threat to the health and safety of our community. Children play in the water downstream from this filth. Thank goodness the disabled child recently lost in Cascades did not wander into this place. The fact that this "encampment" is on a parcel of land owned by the state is hardly an excuse to allow it to exist so close to a city park frequented by families with children. Wide cracks in pavement at intersection of Curry Pike and Vernal Pike. Would be good to fill if possible, lots of car traffic and cars sometimes swerving around gaps to avoid them.
