What am I supposed to do with my full bin of recyclables for the next two weeks?

South Walnut and Miller traffic lights aren't set right since they adjusted them three weeks ago. Miller goes green when there are no cars and Walnut remains red for 30 seconds. And 30 seconds is too long for Miller to be green. There are typically only 3-4 cars waiting to turn on Walnut.
Double left turn arrow for northbound 46 for turn onto 37 on ramp stays green for a minute when there are no cars turning left.
The middle LED street light over the sidewalk and pedestrian bridge alongside Country Club just west of Burger King is out. There are three lights along this walking and riding sidewalk and bridge, and the middle one has been out for many months.
When will the traffic signal at S. Walnut and Grimes be repaired? The delays every cycle for northbound traffic is costing us in more ways than one.
South Walnut and Hillside traffic light malfunctioning.
I've reported intermittent malfunctions at this light before. This time I was heading north bound on Henderson and stopped in the center lane at the red light for Winslow. The light was green both directions on Winslow at the time. The light then went red on Winslow and turned green with a green arrow for the south bound cars stopped on Henderson. After these cars went through, the traffic light went green again for Winslow and I never received a green light. The second time around, a car came alongside me in the left lane and I then got a green light after sitting for two plus minutes a second time around. The light is also set to green too long for Winslow.
Walnut southbound left turn arrow onto Grimes east cycles green every time and there's rarely a car turning left. Plus the northbound left turn arrow for Grimes/Patterson doesn't stay green long enough causing traffic to back up almost to Hillside at times.
On several occasions I've pulled up to the left turn lane stop line going south on Henderson at Winslow and have not gotten a green light. I arrived at the intersection just as Henderson northbound is getting a green light and green turn arrow, and there are no cars yet at the red lights on Winslow. Once the northbound left turn traffic is done, the southbound light never goes green. So I sit and wait for an entire cycle before getting a green arrow three minutes later.
The sidewalk along E Azalea continues to be covered with leaves, scrub brush and a fallen tree. This is alongside Winslow Woods. I reported this six weeks ago. Everyone in our neighborhood has to walk in the street along this city owned sidewalk. I've got a good photo that I'm unable to include with this ticket as it blows the photo up to just some giant leaves rather than showing the obstructed sidewalk.
