This property was a house that was converted into a garage which is a building code violation on multiple levels. The property has broken down cars all the way up to the road, and the property is being operated as a business for fixing cars which is a complete violation of city ordinances.

On Tuesday October 29 xfinity technician came to Oaklawn park condos buried wire that had been unburied 3 weeks left flags and threw orange wire over the fence. Tired of being treated like dirt because I don’t have a home with a fenced in yard. Littering is illegal. I want the City to contact the regional manager xfinity and have a discussion at this point. I fear for my safety reporting this

The Back Door is having adult entertainment and are in a area not zoned for adult entertainment. To my understanding, that is not allowed at their location. Please stop this before everyone is doing it.

I am emailing to request a target date we will be required to vacate our space.
Warrant Technologies currently resides in the Showers Building at 320 W. 8th St, Suite 207 Bloomington, IN 47404.
We have been verbally notified by three different city representatives, one of which was the deputy mayor, that will be required to move out prior to end of our lease.
We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move?
No response has been provided to date.
This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers.
We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control.
Warrant needs an answer to the following questions;
• Will we be required to move out?
• If yes, when will we be required to move?
• If no, will we be able to exercise our lease option years?
V/R,
Mike

There is an issue with the Route 2 West Bloomington Transit Stop C at Crescent Rd and W 17th St. The residents at the Reserve at Chandler Glen have to cross a dangerous intersection to get to the bus stop. Due to the hills on either side, they are not able to see if there is ongoing traffic. Do you have options for resolving this issue?

Residents at Chandler Glen are concerned about the bus stop at 17th St. In order to reach the bus stop, they must cross a busy road that has poor visibility due to hills on either side. This is particularly difficult for the elderly or people with disabilities. Are there options for improving this bus stop? Thanks for your consideration.

Bus 555, on route 3E, almost ran into me at approximately 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, September 1, 2018. I was at the stop sign, leaving the parking lot as referenced above on the map. The bus took the left turn at an angle and did not stop. I put my car in reverse and the bus just missed my car by inches. My entire family was in the car with me. I have not seen bus driving this bad in quite some time. They need to be careful and take it slow. If they cannot make the turn, then let the other person turn so they have a wider angle. I'm not sure why a bus would be in a parking lot anyways--it's a poor place to put a bus stop if there is one. There's too much congestion in that parking lot especially.

As of 6 pm this evening, there were 4 Lime Scooters illegally parked in the bus shelter near Pete Ellis and Longview. (Photo attached).
I first noticed the scooters there about 8:30 AM this morning.
Lime employees freelance "chargers" who sign up up through their app to charge the scooters overnight at home and then place them in the morning. These scooters were likely placed by a new and under-trained charger.
I reported the issue to Lime through their support system about 9 am and received a form response just a few minutes later that someone was being dispatched to retrieve the scooters. However, Lime did not keep their word and by the end of the work day, the scooters are still there. This evening I see one had had been knocked over--- probably by someone just trying to use the bus shelter as intended.
I recommend impounding these scooters. Lime should know better than to allow their team to place the scooters in bus shelters and should at least keep their word to address issues like this probably when they arise!
I'm on the Bicycle Pedestrian Safety Commission and we will be discussing new scooters as a topic at our meeting next Monday.
