We have city trees and a very large branch fell into the street from last nights storms. We moved it to the curb as best we could.

A handicapped patient has reported tree limbs/downed trees ON/blocking the sidewalk between the apartment complexes, Stratum and the Woods, making the sidewalk impassable. Could it please be cleared? Thank you

There is a partially downed tree on a narrow strip of grass between the street and the sidewalk. This narrow strip of grass is city property (not the homeowners). Most of the downed tree is on the strip of grass and the adjacent sidewalk. We are asking if the city can remove this partially downed tree.

I recently purchased a house, but the easement property behind (Duke) has been a debris pit for somebody in the neighborhood. It seems to be mostly leaves on top, but there are also tires & chairs floating inside.The pile is starting to slide into my property. I am not sure what to do, since it is easement property. I would like to eventually put up a fence in the back, but the sliding debris pile would problem ruin any ability to do that. If this department cannot help with this situation, please direct me to a department that can. Rebecca Rice
