Question: Who is responsible for removing snow from the sidewalk on W 17th the roundabout? The city or the owner of the warehouse? The sidewalk lies between the roundabout guardrails and 17th St. The snow is an impediment to walkers. No one seems to consider their responsibility. See case #193315. Issue continues. Same tenant (male, dark skin, dark hair, dark eyes) almost hit bicyclist this morning driving the wrong way on a one-way street (Lincoln) after turning south from 12th Street.

Potholes, some deep, and in the driving lanes. It is hazardous to swerve to miss them if there is on-coming traffic. The potholes are in the north bound lane on S. Sare Road just north of Jackson Creek Middle School. The school is at 3880 S. Sare Road
