on 4th street between lincoln and washington, when i am walking beside that church, the grass is ok, but there are overgrown bushes and trees. can't walk that whole block unless you are short, especially when it rains & branches are sagging down lower than usual. i am referring to the 1/2 of that block from the middle of it over to lincoln. thanks

I am trying to find a list of all city holidays. It looks like this should be the page with that information but there is no content here. I also cannot find the information elsewhere and don't think I should have to look at a Google calendar to see a list of city holidays.
