YARD NEEDS REPAIRED WHERE CBU REPAIRED WATER SERVICE, RAINS ARE FLOODING HIS YARD.
Resident of 715-717 S. Woodlawn (red brick duplex) is parking in the back yard on the grass. Complaintant thinks owner of car has street parking stikcer on car. Car is a white Ford Mustang convertible with Illinois plate # HEWSTW 1.
Mrs. Cynthia Becker called about mistreatment of juvenile son, age 17, by police officer. She did not elaborate on disapproved conduct, but mentioned that she would have wanted the police to contact her or her husband about son's behavior. Council Office sent complaint form to her.
BATHROOM AND GARAGE DRAIN BACKING UP

Mr. Plecher complained that his water has a very bad taste/smell. Utilities chemist at Dillman explained city ran out of carbon to treat water & algea taste comes through. This seems to happen 3 or 4 times a year. couldn't city purchase more carbon more often so this won't happen again?
Jeff Delaplane owns the building at 425 N. Walnut St. He complained that he is actually not hooked on to sewer but has been paying sewer charges. He would like to be reimbursed the paid sewer charges and excavation charges.
