A gentleman called in and was very angry that the debris and illicit items have not been picked up at Hillinghams on S. Walnut. This debris and illicit material stretches to the school corporation building that is located there. He has contacted the Deputy Mayor and still nothing has been done. Blocked Street

The stone house on the NW corner of Dixie and Fairview had a lot of tree work done, weeks ago. Thet left a lot of the limbs in the unimproved alleyway behind the house and down the alley. It needs to go before more snow flies.

Not sure if folk were trying to be nice with a one-size fits approach but with new salary adjustments department heads like CFRD have very little grant/regulatory/technical needs compared to Planning and HAND for instance. And staff sizes such as Clerk and HR also should be a consideration.
