There is a north/south alley that runs between 7th & 8th Streets behind Keller Heating & Cooling. There is another east/west alley that intersects the n/s alley ending in the Johnson Creamery parking lot. Sharon states that one of their employee trucks were recently hit using these alleys. Sharon feels that the intersection is dangerous if you have vehicles coming from different directions. COMPLAINANT CALLED ON BEHALF OF HER DAUGHTER WHO LIVES AT 206 E 10TH (CORNER OF 10TH & WASHINGTON). THERE ARE A LARGE NUMBER OF TRASH BAGS ON THE CURB THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE. SOME HAVE TAGS AND SOME DON'T. MRS. LOVELESS WANTS TO KNOW WHY THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP. SHE WAS VISITING HER DAUGHTER AND SAW A RAT.
