There is another east/west alley that intersects the n/s alley ending in the Johnson Creamery parking lot. Sharon states that one of their employee trucks were recently hit using these alleys. COMPLAINANT CALLED ON BEHALF OF HER DAUGHTER WHO LIVES AT 206 E 10TH (CORNER OF 10TH & WASHINGTON). THERE ARE A LARGE NUMBER OF TRASH BAGS ON THE CURB THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE. SOME HAVE TAGS AND SOME DON'T. MRS. LOVELESS WANTS TO KNOW WHY THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP. SHE WAS VISITING HER DAUGHTER AND SAW A RAT.
