The runoff from Dunn street continues to pose a serious problem for all houses on the west side of the street. It is a high point at Dunn and Tamarack Trail and the amount of water coming west from there has caused serious flooding problems all the way down Glendora. I have put in a triple pickup to deal with the overflow as have other neighbors but the amount of water is just not manageable coming from the top of the hill. I know that there is a plan to put in a sidewalk on the east side of Dunn and hope there is a plan for the runoff water. The attached short video is after only 30 minutes of rain causing serious flooding to my west neighbors house. I tried to attach as a zip file but the video is still too large (over 10Mb). Across Brownridge from our house (3743 E Brownridge) and “the pond” there is a depression in the road/gutter where water is bubbling up from. Am guessing this may be linked to storm sewer, as it’s been noticeable after a good rain, but I’m just guessing. Feel free to contact me for more details. Thanks much, Travis

I reported Tall Grass/Weeds at 3521 & 3523 S. Burks Ct. 47401, about July 10, 2025. Case# 204132. When I checked on the case, (because mowing has not been done), it says the case is closed as of 7/18/2025. That was 4 days ago. How long do you give the tenants/owners to resolve this issue? I originally filed ureport #202874, concerning the failing road surface in front of 705 S. Clifton Ave. The ticket was marked "resolved," but no repairs were made. A hole at the north end of the street, near the intersection with 2nd st., was filled, but the area of damage I am reporting is located in front of 705 and 707 S. Clifton. Thank you.
