Grading without a permit behind Bibliogem building. Johns fears more blacktop will add to his already poor drainage problem. Says that an inlet had been installed when Sam's was built but it has since been filled in with concrete. Please call him before you go out.

Puts trash at end of alley on Prospect Street along with several other neighbors. Says cans and lids were on their sides and scattered all over, same with recycling bins. He was one of the major opponents of the Prospect Hill alley closings and we promised this would not happen. Please make sure the crews are extra careful to leave this area in good shape after each pick up. Thanks.

Mr. Nelson says ROW along Headley and Hinkle Roads up to Griffy Lake needs grass, shrubs mowed and cut. Claims the County used to take care of this and now that its all in the City, we should take care of it.
