Wanted to register a complaint about Code inspector entering his home. Said inspector knocked but walked in before Tracy was able to get to door. Tracy said he will deal with trash issue but wanted this noted.

Blue & tan van plate # 53L 3585 stopped & put 2 bags of trash in green barrel in front of Perennial Design @ 100 N. Walnut St. Complaintant angry because she has to pay to have trash picked up & why shoudl the van occupant get a "free ride" ?

Mr. Prosser is a bicyclist. In October he sent Jim Sherman a letter inspired by the recent BPD brochure on bicycles. He notes that BMC 15.56.020, which prohibits bicycles with a wheel radius of over 14" from riding on the sidewalk, in effect allows all bicycles to be ridden on the sidewalk. He suggests that the code be amended to read "diameter." He also suggests that, in the future, the brochure correctly use "wheelbase." Please refer to B&PSC and the Traffic Commission. Thank You.
