The construction workers building the house next door have been moving our trash can from the street to the middle of our yard, and parking in front of it so it does not get picked up, as well as blocking our driveway. I completely understand that if they are using a cement mixer etc they will need to block the street for more room, but they will park their personal trucks in front of our driveway when the driveway of the house they are working on is perfectly clear. I only want to start a paper trail in case I need to escalate the situation.
The alley running east to west has been closed since 11.05.2025 due to a small asphalt repair. I am unsure why it is still closed eight days later. It is disrupting the flow of traffic through the neighborhood.
Car with the license number IX6510 has been parked for over 8 hours, and they have not moved from the no-parking zone.
House behind our business Parker real estate Management , the tenants of that house park in the alleys and make getting in and out of our parking lot very dangerous
Car parked on street that blocks one kabd
People working at and patronizing this location have parking spaces that are right up against the road. Multiple times there have been cars parked in the smallest space with a quarter of the car still in the road. If blocking part of the road with a car isnt bad enough there have been more than a few times that the company blocks the road with their tow trucks either just sitting in the road blocking half a lane or parked sticking out of the gate blocking the road and any view to see around if its safe to go around. please address this issue before the business causes an accident.
The self storage company on Doods just west of the B-Line plowed a large parking area right into Dodds street. They choked off the street with a giant snow pile. What is up with that? They should be ticketed and they should have to pay for the removal as well, so it won't be cheaper for them to just pay a ticket in the future than to do the right thing and contain their snow on their property.
The snow pile I reported a few minutes ago is east of the B line on Dodds. I may have said west earlier. It was plowed out into the street by the self storage company. It may have melted some but it still blocks half a lane.
Landscaping crew at this Airbnb blew leaves into a big pile on the street, not bagged, and it’s making an already narrow road even more difficult for pedestrians and vehicles to pass.
