Other: The construction workers building the house next door have been moving our trash can from the street to the middle of our yard, and parking in front of it so it does not get picked up, as well as blocking our driveway. I completely understand that if they are using a cement mixer etc they will need to block the street for more room, but they will park their personal trucks in front of our driveway when the driveway of the house they are working on is perfectly clear. I only want to start a paper trail in case I need to escalate the situation.
