Hi. This area of Maxwell lane needs to be built up a bit higher to help rainwater drain off into the grass. This spot retains water for many days after even a moderate rain. People like to park on the grass which is fair since it’s on the city’s right of way, but it looks bad, splashes pedestrians and bicycles and I think could be improved with a minimal amount of work. The edge of the road just needs a bit of building up so water drains properly. Thanks. Fred Pavalko

The Madison Park HOA would like to request that this tree, and the nearby tree stump from previously cut tree, are both removed. This is located in between the HOA property and the street, next the southwest building. We had a tree removal contractor assess this area and inform us that the tree is dying and needs to be removed. I believe this is the only tree left in this area, and we have been previously informed that these trees are owned by the City, not the HOA. On the northwest corner, the traffic signal pedestrian signage and button are dangling from the cord—it appears to have been pried loose.

Neighbors both front and back yard are excessively grown and riddled with weeds, attracting rats and other vermin. It’s unsightly and causing weeds to spread into neighboring yards. I’ve reached out before and nothing has been done yet.
