School bus drivers are complaining the light barely stays green long enough to get from Oakdale through the light to Basswood or to turn left. This is my 2nd time putting in this request as I was told this light is maintained by the state and I would need to contact INDOT. I did that and they referred me back to you. The intersection of W Bloomfield Road and Oakdale Drive/S Basswood Drive is outside of INDOT jurisdiction. Those roads are city streets under the jurisdiction of the City of Bloomington. I understand that you contacted them already, but I can confirm that they are city streets, which INDOT does not maintain. Our school bus driver says the light barely stays green long enough for her to get from Oakdale to Basswood daily. Can this green light time be extended a bit, please?

I work in the office at mccsc transportation. Bus drivers are asking if trees/bushes can be trimmed at the railroad tracks just past W 10th St on N Adams St to help with their visibility. They're not able to see clearly when stopping there. Thank you for your help.
