Three dogs running loose, dragging leashes. There are people laying on the sidewalk on the north side of a fenced in area in the middle of Hopewell Park. They are letting their dogs run around freely in the Astroturf grass area, there was also a loose dog within individuals around the tall green tables, a third dog ran across the street in front of me in between Kroger and The park area. They seem to be associated with the people laying and sitting around. We walk on the B line as I had mentioned before and live at 916 S. Morton St. We walk with our toy poodle. These were very large dogs that look similar to Pitbulls. If one of them would run over They Would chomp her in one bite. There’s also a tan Nissan van that parks there all day long every single day that I had also reported about. It continues to be there every day with people sitting out around it. I’ve also seen the people laying on the sidewalks all day long around the fenced in area on the north side to get in the shade every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday when I go to and from work for the last two weeks.

To whom it may concern, The following describes multiple code violations from Chandler Automotive that I noticed/experienced during the process of retrieving my towed car from their site. I have video/audio evidence of the violations, and I would prefer if someone reached out to me so I can submit these as proof. It will only allow me to upload images through this submission form. Thank you: BMC 4.32.140(b): Called the number at around 5:30pm to ask to retrieve car, employee stated that she will not be able to get my car until about 9:30/10pm. This is in violation of part 1 of section B, as well as violation of part 2 of section B, since this was well outside the sixty minutes. I recorded the phone call where the employee told me 10pm. Please reach out if you would like this evidence. BMC 4.32.140(f): The invoice, see attached, is not itemized correctly pursuant to the requirements of I.C. 24-14-5-1. The invoice is missing/incorrectly accounted for the following: - I.C. 24-14-5-1(4)(D) - No VIN number. - I.C. 24-14-5-1(4)(C) - No year. - I.C. 24-14-5-1(5) - License plate # is incorrect. - I.C. 24-14-5-1(C) - No explanation is given for the additional charges incurred, which is required here. BMC 4.32.130(a)(2) - The company attempted to charge me $185 for the tow. One $25 charge being a go jack fee, and the other being a dollies fee. Since a go jack fee is a special fee, the total for those should not be $50 according to the code, but a maximum of $25. They corrected this upon me providing them a copy of the code. However, I have audio recording of them attempting to charge me that amount, and being unable to explain these additional charges. BMC 4.32.120(a) - As stated above, the towing company failed to comply with applicable state law in the invoice. BMC 4.32.120(e) - The vehicle was not able to be claimed upon calling at 5:30pm on 4/18/2024. Please reach out for a copy of the evidence as I am not able to upload it here. These laws were created by the legislature with the intention to be construed strictly due to the stated purpose of this chapter being to protect the public from unconscionable practices (BMC 4.32.010). Please reach out to me if you have any additional questions. I plan on following up in fourteen (14) days if I have not heard back from the city on this matter by that time. The owner is still feeding outdoor cats. The other night I counted 6 skunks eating the cats food. The neighborhood smelled of skunk. This evening I counted 8 cats in her front yard eating dinner.

The intersection of W Watson and Madison, in the Broadview Neighborhood, is used all the time to cut traffic and miss the light. Cars don't stop. They fly through the intersection. Can no pass through signs go up, but also a speed bump on either side? A speed bump on each side of the intersection would stop people from all sides. The neighbors also fly through the stop signs there.

I live in the trailer court on Muller pkwy and every year with the influx of students I have been trying to turn left on to Muller pkwy and multiple times cars have come out on to 3rd Street trying to turn left ignoring the Do not enter sign I have almost been hit on multiple occasions. Then on Muller Pkwy itself students speed and do not pay attention to pedestrians and their dogs there isn't a sidewalk or speed bumps to slow we traffic down there isn't a speed bump until by the apartments complex Village at the Muller t

This property has trees that encroach on both the sidewalk and road on both the Camby Lane and the Abby Lane sides of the property. The owner has been asked multiple times to trim the trees and bushes to allow safe and unimpeded use of the sidewalk and road by pedestrians and vehicles.

The owners of a dog living at 1011 N. Orris Dr. let the dog have free-range on the street without supervision and the dog is be aggressive towards other dogs. The dog has aggressively approached me and my leashed dog multiple times over the past few years. The dog has not attempted to attack my dog in those instances but, without my intervention, it seemed likely that it would have. The dog appears to be an Australian Shepherd/Cattle Dog mix.
