Scooter entirely blocking the sidewalk. There’s got to be a way to penalize either of the company or the user. There’s no accountability and that’s a problem.

Followup on Case #205714 response Thank you for your suggestion. We have already created a free self-guided tree tour at Bryan Park to highlight some of the trees on site. The tour is available on our mobile app, OuterSpatial. We plan to continue to add more tours and signs with QR codes in the future. Please make that local too and user-friendly / intuitive. Somewhere on the City / Parks & Rec pages. Link the OuterSpatial thingie there, but honestly, i tried an experiment of looking for that info there. I didn't find anything except events.
Clarification of what i just submitted as case 206040 I meant I didn't find a tree guide "there" meaning the City / Parks & Rec pages. But neither did I with OuterSparial. I jniw that i found an online guide to wild plants (i think) in Switchyard Park. For a tree guide template you might consider the updated guide to IU's tree "The Woodland Campus."
Staled vehicles for months disturbing traffic on the street.
Constant stop sign violations with numerous near miss accidents. I have complained along time ago with no one addressing the situation.
Westbound traffic on E Hillside congests at the S Walnut and E Hillside traffic light, which often causes backups and results in traffic blocking the E Hillside and S Washington intersection. Can there be a “do not block intersection” or one of the roadway painted Xs placed at that intersection? This has happened to me numerous times, and I get frustrated and honk, and E Hillside drivers either ignore me, or give me a mean look like this was my fault when they’re blocking the roadway.
There is a large amount of sand and gravel at the base of Olive St, where it meets Hillside (1200 E Hillside). It is a danger for cyclists.
Street light is out
What is going on at the City owned property on S. Walnut Street by the public safety training center that large equipment is running at 8:47pm? Last night they were going after 9pm. Why is the City operating heavy equipment at these late hours?
There is an abandoned vehicle on this property. 411 E Glendora. The house looks also abandoned but they are mowing the lawn. The car has been sitting there for well over 3 years now. The windows are broken out. It is clearly visible when driving by on both Dunn St and Glendora. It is a white small sedan. The neighborhood is well established with nice homes and this property (corner lot) really is a concern. Can anything be done about this abandoned vehicle?? Thank you
