I moved out of this property in January due to unsafe living conditions. There was a cracked foundation and slumping overhang. Our former neighbors have since reported that no outdoor work was done to the home.
Trash left on front porch and in back yard. Previous citations repeatedly ignored. It's a mouse and rat haven, according to my pest exterminator.
Someone moved a dead raccoon from the roadway to our yard, where it is currently decomposing. We are at 1300 E Hillside Drive, immediately east of the Hillside Church of Christ. The dead raccoon is currently under an ornamental tree in our front yard, on the west side of the lot, which is the side nearest the church's driveway. The house appears to be abandoned and someone has broken open the front and rear doors. Someone has also broken the windshield of the abandoned car in the backyard. The accumulating trash suggests a squatter. The property needs a major cleanup and secure doors and windows.
There is a dead skunk in the road in front of 508 N Indiana Ave. It keeps getting run over and is causing houses around the area to smell like skunk.
Black and white cat showed up. Neighbor started feeding it but it seems too groomed to be a stray - anyone report missing one?

Dog barking all hours on Maplecrest Dr. ( Not E Maplecrest Dr) The house is number 2311. Someone needs to help this poor animal. This is also called wolf lane.
