Hello: I am sick of seeing these vagrants walking by my house at the corner of College Street and West Hillside Drive. I spoke to an officer last Tuesday and requested more police car drive by’s, evidently it is not working. I appreciate it, if more police cars can be visible in this neighborhood, behind the Switchyard Park, which drives them in. Please put a barrier on College Street and the South Side of the park by the Walnut Street side of the SWITCHYARD Park Parking Lot where the vagrants enter and exit with back packs and bicycles going through the Railroad Park neighborhood where your police department and YOU ignore for safety. I’ve reported this issue to Governor Braun, Erin Houchin US Representative of the House of Representatives and US Senator Todd Young. Please feel free to visit me at 117 W.Hillside Drive in your fair city for a front yard porch chat to watch all the “traffic “ go by my house. Thank you, Maryann Iaria 117 W. Our leaves were never collected last fall. So there are still leaves that naturally collected along the side of the street. Now that the snow has covered them and defrosted, there are still matted piles along the side of the street between Arden Drive and Queens Way. It looks like one side of the street was collected in the fall, but not the other. I’m worried they will clog the gutters during heavy rain in the spring. Thank you for any help with this.
Human waste piling up. Lots of trash left for months. Behind the building is a mess from roofers including nails. Ally way retaining wall by 2nd street is falling into the ally.
Trash and old furniture in dumpster area behind building 568 and by garage 1. While here, go around and check dumpsters throughout this complex. This problem occurs all the time and management fails to see that this needs to be addressed. Some tenants here are unwilling to dispose of trash properly and it's horrible that they're allowed to get by with trashing the property. Decent tenants are forced to live with this. Also, the board fences around the property have been broken off for months, most likely due to vandalism. It seems there are no plans to repair these eyesores.
The address listed above is approximate. The location is behind (west) of the Convention Center and the Bline trail and east of Madison St. on the North side of Third Street. There large pile of trash is located next to the tree line.
On Pete Ellis Drive at the railroad tracks just South of the East side Post Office: there are trees that have fallen and are blocking the sidewalk and other trees that look precarious and are leaning over that area. This is a safety issue and an accessibility issue for those in a wheelchair or walking or walking with a baby stroller. This is probably due to the tornado damage in the area, but this needs an immediate resolution. Thank you.
This alleyway is consistently being used to pile up trash. Boards with nails and jagged chunks of concrete left in alley often. I've requested these items be removed as neighbors use this alley, but renters are consistently trashing it. I pick up litter weekly, but wish they could be held accountable as this alley needs to be better maintained. Trash is dumped there, and indo my best to place it in the dumpster, but it continues to happen. This alley has been ignored for decades, and I wonder why it's not maintained by the city like the rest of the neighborhood alleys.
