There are multiple animals in the home, with some rooms at a hoarding level with boxes and various items stacked up to the ceiling. The house is not clean, the dogs are frequently not taken out on walks and use the bathroom in the house. Two of the dogs were bought with the purpose of breeding and selling. The cats are mostly confined to two rooms that are cluttered.
There is a very serious pothole in the eastbound lane near 1738 E 17th Street. I've hit it and am worried there might be tire damage. Please fix it before someone's car is badly damaged.

Hello, I am writing regarding the same pothole from a previous issue I reported. This pothole is on Madison Street on the East side about about 100 feet north of 6th Street.
