Dumpster overflowed and blew across the parking lot and the grassy areas. The trash has been there for multiple days. Trash collection came but only took the dumpster and didn’t clean up the fallen trash. Dumpster is on the back side of the building, close to poolside apts. It’s mostly paper/ cardboard trash with some broken glass as well. If you do reach out to CRE rentals I would prefer to stay anonymous as I do live here.
Water has been leaking from this location for over a year and nobody has come by to fix it. This is my second time reporting this issue and my neighbors have told me that they have reported it too. It is now frozen and becoming a serious safety hazard. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!
Lots of leaves at the curb between Eagleson and Ballantine. Can the street sweeper vehicle come to sweep them up before they end up in the drain?
There is a construction sign is laying on the ground after the high winds last week. If you are facing 1745 S Ollive Street it is to your right.
Whoever is living here is stealing from my porch. Please ask them to stop.
Dear Sir/Madam, I have a problem with a local (Storage) rental, (residential/business) rental, regarding the applicability of rule(s) and regulation(s), policies and procedure(s), (pertaining to (individually-owned) (personal) property belonging(s), (storage) rental unit(s) payment(s), etc.), (current)yr. 2025(A.D). Is there any (possible) legal remedies to recovering the (personal) property belonging(s), (before it is too late, (late/missed) (storage) rental unit payment(s), etc.), Regards, Ms. Diya B.
This dumpster took off has been here for 3-4 years. The owner is using it as a dump site for his construction projects on his other properties around town. It is an eyesore and it attracts rodents.
Someone dumped a street light in our backyard. It is green, one of those old-fashioned types like on campus. There is a heavy base that looks like its made out of a kind of cheap pot metal, and a relatively light-weight though long vertical fluted column that seems to be made out of aluminum. The two pieces are separate, and there are no markings at all on either one and no electrical apparatus or fixture present, just the base and the pole. Is this something that belongs to the City that someone maybe stole and then dumped? Or does it belong to a private individual? Or maybe it is just trash that needs to go to the recycling center?
