The Hopewell Plaza is haphazardly plowed. Half the sidewalks are clear, half aren’t. Some crosswalks are clear and some aren’t. For something that’s supposed to be the “great new area” in the city, we’re doing a poor job of maintaining it for winter use.
601 Maxwell Lane is a house zoned as a rental property but may be in violation of occupancy restrictions. The house consistently has 5 plus cars in the side driveway, on occasion blocking the alley that runs behind S Fess Ave. Garbage is consistently in front of the house, on the lawn and surrounding areas, and parties from the house leave garbage along the alley and on nearby property. At present, there is broken glass in the driveway/alleyway where cars enter the alley from Maxwell Lane, which was presumably broken during a party last evening (with noise complaints filed by neighbors).

All the sewer drains on Liberty drive are clogged with debris
Three to four trashcans fell off the sanitation truck into the road. Someone stopped and put them by the Woodline next to the golf course, by Tapp Rd and Rogers. Roughly 500 feet from the light.
The conditions on W. 3rd Street are ridiculous, icy and extremely dangerous.

Greetings, We are a contractor for City Parks, providing security. Almost daily our Incident reports are sent to multiple city employees, however, some of the City employees stopped receiving our reports on the 20th of December and some on the 28th of December. We went to our contractor for Incident Reports and they confirmed the reports are being sent out. Also, we have other clients and none of them are reporting an issue.
