Very busy stretch of street walkers to and from IU forced to walk in the street. Both sides of street have been ignored by the sororities that are responsible for keeping them clear.
Owner of Cup and Kettle Tea LLP, Jessica Messmer, Medusa Enterprises LLC is mixing tea at the her own home on 1/28. The business is closed and she is now fulfilling online orders and city orders in her private residence basement without a commercial kitchen and guidelines. The basement had a recent rodent infestation and poor sanitation. This is a concern for health and breaks the law. Please address this, I fear someone will get sick. The address for Cup and Kettle is 208 N Walnut Bloomington, IN Phone number is not listed on the webpage
The alley between my house and the fire station has not been plowed, causing multiple cars getting stuck. I had to get my car towed yesterday and am unable to park there as of now. I was curious if this could be cleared.
No snow removal has occurred on either side of Woodlawn between 3rd and Atwater, nor on Faculty. It is just packed down by pedestrians. This is an ongoing problem year after year after year with every snowfall.
The walkway around the construction area (across from Bloomington Transit) has not been touched. The walkway is covered in deep snow and unsafe..
Snow hasn't been cleared from the sidewalk
All of the public sidewalks that border the Circle K gas station were unshoveled late this afternoon.
Sidewalks are completely uncleared of snow on Woodlawn and 3rd Street for both sororities on this corner. They virtually never clear their snow, but usually there is much less snow than now and one can at least walk on top of packed snow on the sidewalks. Currently that is impossible and everyone is walking in the street on Woodlawn.
Sidewalk in front of optometry impassable and dangerous.
