There is a large pile of snow at the east corner of 3rd st and Morningside Dr. I’m in a can and can’t tell if cars are coming and have almost been hit.

The entire sidewalk in front of the Vivo Apartments was never shoveled. On Monday afternoon (three days ago), I observed THREE members of the Vivo grounds crew, as they cleared the Vivo parking lot and entrances to the building. They could have easily cleared the public sidewalk too, but they did not. This is not the first time this winter for Vivo to ignore the requirement to clear sidewalks.
