The public sidewalk in front of KC Designs is not even close to being compliant with code. This photo was taken at 6:05 PM on February 8, 2026 – 14 days after the end of the last snowstorm.
Parking lot needs to be plowed ASAP. Currently impossible to get my car out of the lot.

Please do not let the splendid trees all around the intersection of 10th Street and Pete Ellis Drive be cut. Surely the intersection can be sufficiently improved without cutting all the trees.
