Home has been abandoned for years and has had windows / doors opened sometimes for months at a time. Actively smells when it is hot out. Trash in the backyard and overgrown foliage around the property which has led to an excess of pests.

This is in reference to 208015. Apparently, whoever this “property management” was that you spoke with didn’t take you seriously. This area is still a hazard to pedestrians. If warnings were given, I am now asking for citations.

This is an additional amendment to 208191, because seemingly this software will not allow me to post multiple pictures. To clarify, there is more than one apartment complex that has not plowed the sidewalk, and the empty field next to the Park ridge sign is still by far the worst offender.
