Hello. There is a large, seemingly dead pine tree that is behind our property. There are power lines right next to it. We aren’t sure if this is an easement or if it is private property and would like to know so the tree can be cut down-it appears to be a hazard. Is there a way we can find out who is responsible? The west side of College Ave. underneath the railroad overpass has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements.

I understand that there are projects being done next to North Washington, but this is a residential street with people who live here and need to leave for class and other obligations. There are many times we cannot leave in time or the road is blocked due to an abundant amount of trucks And other work vehicles. This project has been going on for a long time. It’s blocking parking spots overnight and preventing us from leaving and coming back to our homes easily. It’s preventing our trash from being taken. There are many weeks where our trash never gets taken because of the blockage. there needs to be better solutions to this.
