The tenants in the area of 1204-1208 N. College Ave continually throw parties and leave their trash out in the parking lot and the grass, including lots of beer cans. The units are managed by Brawley. This is close to 1115 N. Walnut St and the Bloomington Center for Global Children. Thank you for addressing this situation.

The entirety of Kirkwood Ave smells like feces and sewage. I suspect there is a major sewage/drainage issue.
There is probably almost 10 street lights out on North Walnut, on the east side of the road. Between Gilbert Drive and before the furniture store. Makes that portion of North Walnut pretty dark especially in heavy rain.
