Light is completely out about 1/2 the time and very dark even when on. Exact location is W Marquis and Glandore. PS yall done a great job with the light down the hill from it. Thank you
There was some work done in my front yard and it was left with dirt and grass removed around the cleanout cover. See attached picture. I was just wondering if this will be repaired?

This is a chronic parking violation and unsafe situation for students and neighborhood residents. Every single school day there are 15-20 cars that are illegally parked on both sides of the road Wylie Farm Road by Henderson Street to pick up Bloomington South high school students at the end of the day. Twice I have tried to exit the neighborhood that way when I have had a medical appt and could not get through. There are students walking in the street and cars parked on both sides. It is dangerous for students and neighborhood resident drivers. The cars start parking the half hour or so before school release. There are no parking signs clearly displayed on both sides. City parking staff needs to go there daily to ticket these cars for awhile to get this to stop. I would also suggest parking and/or the police dept. contact the BHSS principle to send out communication to students and parents that this is an illegal parking area for student pick-up.
We work for IU Real Estate and we received a report from a staff member at our Commercial Building, Starbucks stating, "I wasn’t sure who to reach out to but I wanted to make someone aware just in case. While running trash outside to our trash bins in the alley, I came out right as what appeared to be an unhoused man threw his items on the ground and loudly said “Well I need to take a sh**.” He started removing his pants and went into the cut out just passed our alley side doors where there are two large dumpsters (I believe for the residents upstairs). I do apologize for anyone that has to handle this, but I wanted to make you aware in case there was a mess with any kind of human excrement there." A Storm drain empties behind my home. Drainage has created a hole about 4 ft wide and 4 ft deep. It is a hazard. Several years ago it was filled with gravel and it needs attention again.
Woodlawn between 2nd and Hunter is full of potholes. Some appear to have been patched earlier this winter but the patches didn't last.
All along High Street, from the roundabout heading north to Hillside Drive and beyond, there are so many potholes. Thank you for adressing these issues.
