This is still the same issue about the cable wire that has been touching my garage roof since the February tornado. I know that it is not Duke's wire. It has been identified as Comcast's wire by a repair man from QC (Comcast's contractor) on Saturday, April 25, 2026. However, Brandon Austin stated that he cannot remove it without the permission of Comcast. I called the 800 XFINITY number and requested that they remove it asap. Here is my work order #: ECM0021457478. I am very concerned because both transformers on either side of my house have been hit by the recent storms. Today, we are having another storm. Can you help prioritize this situation so that I do not have a fire enabled by the cable wire on my garage? Also, I am NOT a Comcast/Xfinity customer. This wire goes into my basement via a window and has never been in use since I purchased this house in 2020. Unsure where to report this. This guy asked my son and his friends to help push vehicles into their driveway to prevent the vehicles from being towed. He plans to push them back into the street parking area eventually. Why is he pushing these vehicles up and down the street? Is this legal? I really don’t want my son involved with this neighbor.

The utilities department is doing a pipe installation out front of my property. They have marked the utilities previously, but the mowers mowed over the gas flags, so they no longer are there. Before the project begins, they will have to be marked as well as the waterline on my property. I have reported this previously but the man who closed this said I would have to amend the address to get this completed. I am reporting this under this report so please get the areas marked before you dig. I tried to get an 811 ticket but they said Utilities had already had a ticket which is not correct reporting. Please do not dig before you remark the area because the front yard by the street is filled with gas and water lines. The address of 2414 east fifth is the correct one I tried to report under the Ureport but the report incorrectly reported a different address so please get the correct one and complete the marking.

I I know from the last email that I sent you that you're working on a plan. In the meantime, the situation in front of wheeler mission is just getting worse. There are people camping down there they have their belongings thrown everywhere. They're on the sidewalks. They're in the street. The homeless themselves are in the middle of the road. It is unsafe to drive through there at times and unsafe 100% of the time for people to walk down that sidewalk. This needs to be addressed and cleaned up

About a year ago City of Bloomington Utilities left 4 traffic cones on the sidewalk in front of 506 E University St. They are still there, and are partially blocking the sidewalk. Could someone please come collect them? They are no longer needed there.
