This house had a serious fire two or three years ago. I heard last summer that they were starting renovation, but nothing much seems to have happened since then. I don’t believe anyone is living there; from how it looks from outside, I hope not The yard is seriously overgrown. I hope someone from the city can reach out to the owners and help them in so way either renovate the house or sell the house to someone who can. I understand a large family lived there and I wonder if they need some assistance. I live nearby but don’t know the owners to reach out to them. Thank you.

It is appreciated that you’re providing service to the south Rogers area during the construction, but it has not been handled well. If you are going to change the type of vehicle used to provide service then you need to tell passengers. You were running full-size buses yesterday how are we supposed to know that it’s a micro transit bus today? And if the tracking app does not work for that particular vehicle, then YOU NEED TO TELL PASSENGERS. They will not know this if you do not share the information on the app.

Why would the city block the entire northbound line of traffic with a giant construction sign on Rogers at the intersection of Rockport when that's the only way to get into the parking lot by the switch Yard pavilion where food truck Friday is going on? Does it make any sense to create such a significant road hazard by making everybody going in and out of the park from the south with the road closure to the north Have to cross into oncoming traffic and go head on with each other? Brilliant.

This is just one location that I've noticed in the last 24 hours. But the hemlock has started to bloom and I'm seeing it everywhere. I had a friend who picked it thinking it was Queen Anne's lace who ended up in the hospital so I think it may be time for another PSA about the plant as it is starting to really take hold in town! (I notified the real estate agent who was selling the house for the other place I saw it on 4th street. I also saw it on University drive on my way to work this morning but didn't get the address as I was on my bike but it was on University between Lincoln and Henderson on the south side of the street.) This house is abandoned. The lawn has not been mowed yet this season. This has been an ongoing problem for at least four years. Now there are rodents (rats, raccoons, groundhogs) living in the shed which is falling down and is a hazard, especially being so close to my property line. With the overgrown trees and bushes you can barely see the house or get to the front door.
