trash put out and it is not a their trash day

2611 Round Hill Lane, Bloomington. I understand the City cannot do anything about the overgrown lawn at this address because of the litigation the home owner has filed. But could you at least remove the dead trees and/or limbs that are blocking the sidewalk and could potentially fall on my car? I would think city code 12.24.040 would cover this problem. Additionally, the property owner cut tree limbs from his roof line, left them to drop in a pile so that if the dry conditions return we have a neighborhood fire hazard. I am so far beyond frustrated with this sitution. The property owner is getting a free ride in the litigation with the city, while our neighborhood would have to raise thousands to hire a lawyer and take this unreasonable man to court. 2nd/Walnut - any chance of putting a sign on Walnut to let drivers know they DO NOT stop? It's turning into a 4-way stop and that backs traffic up on Walnut to 1st. I know it's only temporary, but some more signage there wouldn't hurt. I was almost hit by someone on 2nd who thought I should stop when I was heading north on Walnut. Thanks. Can't wait to see what street is like when it's done.
