In the alley directly behind Bynam & Fanyo there is a tunnel-like hole that has formed that looks like it continues underground and laterally beneath the alley. If someone stepped into it in the dark they would likely suffer a painful calamity. This area has had similar problems in the past. Maybe there are Karst features beneath the surface.

There has been a massive uptick in mostly young and teenage kids, mostly boys, riding on electric and gas powered bikes on the B-line at very high rates of speed that would not be safe even on a road. They pop wheelies, shout at pedestrians to get out of their way, and pose a huge safety risk. Why is there not an enforced rule on the kinds of vehicles that are not permitted on the B-Line? Surely it is illegal to drive a motor vehicle down the path?
