Traffic Signals

The left turn signal on eastbound Winslow to turn north into Walnut is way too short. It's allowing 2-3 vehicles maximum per green arrow. It took 3 light cycles for me to get through. This arrow used to be longer before the detour on Rogers. Classic City of Bloomington government to push all of Rogers traffic into this turn lane as the detour and not get the lights working with the increase in traffic flow. Go check it out please! Thanks.

The condition of the main roads within the city are the worst I’ve ever seen in the years I’ve lived here. Should we have to be still dodging potholes in mid May?
I’d like to know what the road improvement schedule is for the city this year please.
Can you send me that ?

Can you explain why funds were prioritized to fully pave AND install TONS of speed bumps recently in these areas :

OVER taking care of our heavily traveled roads like High Street and many others?
I look forward to your response. Thank you. Brenda Renneisen

Two lanes on Indiana Avenue seems excessive. There is never a lot of traffic here. I was in the left-most lane at Indiana Ave and 7th Street, and someone driving turned left from the right lane. I see this often because people don't know they are on one-way streets. It'd be easier if this is only one-lane northbound.

There is a large dead tree outside the Elkins apartment building at 410 S. Fess. It is overhanging several utility lines, and it has a big broken limb dangling over the sidewalk.

A disturbed homeless person has turned the DETOUR sign near the bus stop on S Walnut (in front of the Smoke Shop) around, so that motorists coming from S Walnut, heading towards Second Street can only see the back of the sign.
