Any time it rains, a large body of standing water forms in the alleyway behind 530 N Lincoln St, near our apartment complex dumpster that makes it hazardous to walk through, drive through, use the dumpster, use the alleyway, and this could potentially be harmful for the structure of Stonechruch Apartments. There were just stormwater improvements to Lincoln St between 7th and 8th, is it possible to install a stormwater drainage grate here?
Many potholes have been created and are getting bigger everyday, and going east on the same road, on the next block, they did a very wonky job at sealing a hole, and now it is worse than before.
The stop sign is not visible when approaching from southbound. A stop warning sign and/or tree trimming would help.
A disturbed homeless person has turned the DETOUR sign near the bus stop on S Walnut (in front of the Smoke Shop) around, so that motorists coming from S Walnut, heading towards Second Street can only see the back of the sign.
I've been here for a few hours have seen three or four kids almost ran over from the scooter's flying through here on the trail part with no consideration for these kids
Yard has not been mowed this year. 12". C'mon, man - can you mow every other month?
Overgrowth is so bad that you can hardly see the house.
Grass is over 10 inches long, lots of carpenter bees on the sidewalk
