Other: Any time it rains, a large body of standing water forms in the alleyway behind 530 N Lincoln St, near our apartment complex dumpster that makes it hazardous to walk through, drive through, use the dumpster, use the alleyway, and this could potentially be harmful for the structure of Stonechruch Apartments. There were just stormwater improvements to Lincoln St between 7th and 8th, is it possible to install a stormwater drainage grate here?
