Phone Call: THE CHURCH AT 515 N GRANT STREET WAS CONVERTED INTO APARTMENTS. THERE WAS WORK DOWN IN THE PAVED, N-S ALLEY THAT RUNS FROM 10TH STREET TO 9TH STREET. MR. LEISZ THOUGHT IT WAS SOME TYPE OFUTILITY WORK. THE CONTRACTOR DID NOT REPAIR THE ALLEY VERY WELL. WHEN IT RAINS THE WATER NOW POOLS AT THE BACK OF THE CHURCH AND MR. LEISZ'S PROPERTY. LEISZ FEELS THAT THE WORK DONE IN THE ALLEY HAS CAUSED THIS PROBLEM.
