There are people living in a trailer powered by a very loud generator in a house without utilities at 703 W. 7th Street. Is there anything that can be done to remedy this situation? The man who is swatting in the house is a bully who intimidates the neighbors. The man who owned the property recently died. ed house w
The broken sidewalk at the NE corner of Fee Lane and Baker Ave is a major fall hazard.
There are large sycamore branches down near the west side of the tennis courts in the SE Park, where the drainage ditch meets the sidewalk at the bottom of the hill.
The bump-out at 603 W. Allen St. has no yellow paint, and the sign has been knocked down.
The field lights at Olcott Park have been on 24/7 for the past four days.
There is a half-fallen-down branch in the tree plot in front of 212 E. 2nd Street. The leafy branches of that still-connected branch make it hard for cars to have good visibility when making left-hand turns from S. Lincoln onto 2nd Street. That branch needs to be removed before there is an accident.
Recycling bin was lost during a tornado warning/storm and we can’t locate it.
Cheyenne Bowlen recently indicated the following request is not a city issue. Her assessment is incorrect. East Winslow Farm Drive IS a city street. The pothole in question has previously been repaired by the city. She may have assumed that the address I provided was on the "semi-circle drive" that extends off the main road. The pot-hole is located on the CITY street side. Please have someone do an on-site visit if you are unable to determine the location of the very seriously deep pot-hole. We would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. The following is a record of our correspondence. I initially wrote: "There is a significant pot hole at the end of the driveway at 521 E Winslow Farm Dr. The area in question is an "eyebrow" and several of us need to turn unto E Winslow Farm Drive from this semi-circle. The hole is rather large and deep and it has become a serious problem to avoid. The hole is located on the city street of E Winslow Frm Drive. Thank you for your attention to this matter." The response indicates it was "Assigned to Cheyenne Bowlen" with her response as follows: Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 0 days have already passed. Overgrown grass. Does have children at this address. Very unsafe. Occurs every summer and will cut one time and then never again.
