Dogs from two houses were out without leash and came after my dog on leash. Dogs were from houses at 3531 N Hackberry St 3545 N Hackberry St This is the second time the dogs from 3531 N Hackberry St came out to my dog and I while walking.

White and red medium sized dog is off leash running around the neighborhood frequently. It is generally friendly to people but upsets dogs. It goes into people's yards and harassed leashed dogs.

There is a dead raccoon at the side of the road on East Hunter Avenue, near the intersection with High Street. It is at the edge of the road, against a low stone wall. I would appreciate it if the city would remove and dispose of the dead animal. Thank you.
