No Parking any time sign bent - 105 S. Union St.
Mr. Michael called on 11/28 to complain about unfair treatment by the local court system. He was very angry and began cussing at Diane. When it became apparent he was not going to stop his profanity-laced rant, she hung up on him. Mr. Michael then called back and left an angry voicemail message. At the end of the message, he said someone better clean up this (expletive) or he will...and "that's a promise." Diane forwarded the message to Chief Diekhoff.
Wet cement through entire lane with no covering or cones or signage on 10th east of bypass heading east
Citizen Adam Schwartz complained that the new Atwater/Henderson signal emits a constant beeping sound. Is this a malfunction or is it the locator signal for visually impaired?
500 E. Kirkwood - Northwest corner - Handicapped and time limit sign bent around light post it is attached to.
400 E. Kirkwood - Alley beside Chiplote - the No Parking sign has been bent toward the building and is a hazard to pedestrians on the sidewalk.
School crossing flasher not working. location: On High Street, directly off the roundabout south of Childs School. Reported not been working for couple of weeks.
600 N. College - northwest side of street - The 2 hr/Zone 8 sign not replaced after construction.
400 W. 8th st - northwest of B-line -- need yellow curb painted 15 feet from crosswalk. Drivers parking too close to B-line (please see photo)
