Hedge behind B-Line work out station needs to be trimmed. I believe it actually belongs to the owner of Auto Heaven (also on W Allen St).
If it isn't his responsibility, then it probably belongs to the City. Either way, it is a mess and people are throwing trash into it on a daily basis.

The intersection of E Dillman Road and S Fairfax Road is unsafe. Adding stop signs to S Fairfax Road, making this intersection an all way stop or adding all way traffic signals would be safer for both vehicles and pedestrians.

The house next to mine has been unoccupied for years and they do not clean their side of the ally. Normally I wouldn’t care but folks have been running over our down spots and hitting our house because they swerve away from the access vegetation.
Blocked Sidewalk

Sidewalk south of Dixie is full of multiply-cracked sections. Msybe put it on a to-be-replaced lost?
Also, easier to take care of: greenery is encroaching on the sidewalk; there's even a large branch there. Thanks!
