Thank you so much for increasing the time for N/S light at Kinser and the Bypass. It used to be only about 4 seconds long. Now it's at least 10 seconds and traffic is able to flow much more efficiently and without waiting through 2 or 3 lights. THANKS!!!

I am having trouble finding the information I need on your website. I just spoke with Lori at customer service, and she advised me it is possible to receive email notification when a bill is due, and what the amount is. I do NOT want to get automatic check payments made to you, I simply want to receive my amount due, and send you a payment by check. I'm sorry, but I don't see anywhere on this website where I can sign up for this. Would you be kind enough to contact me, either via email, or telephone, and help me through this process?
