The property across the street used to be a , student rental house, but now is unoccupied and we don't know who owns the house who would be responsible for safe tree maintenance. There are two very large oak trees in the front yard. The largest has a big dead branch that appears to be diseased with some fungus looking growth. If proper maintenance isn't done, that disease could spread to the rest of the tree. If this massive tree becomes unhealthy, it would pose a major threat to neighboring homes, including ours at 2201 N. Fritz Drive. Who owns this home, and how do we lodge a safety complaint?

At the cross street of Diamond St and Moravec Way there is a ditch with a fence railing that is full of all kinds of clothing and trash and garbage flowing into the ditch drain. Most of it has probably come from dumpster divers behind the Opportunity House and the trashmound keeps growing. I believe this is on city property and it is along the sidewalk next to the B line trail. It is a mess that keeps getting worse. Bags of garbage and belongings are also littered along the beeline trail along the Moravec Way Trail crossing.

Traffic Related Complaints

There have been several instances in downtown Bloomington on College and Walnut that vehicle drivers are completely ignoring the traffic signals and going thru intersections that have solid red lights at high rates of speed. I use the crosswalks downtown almost everyday and no one is monitoring traffic. Someone needs to start monitoring the rate of speed and running redlights downtown.

Whoever is mowing the B-line up north of 7th St needs to slow down! Traveling and maneuvering way too quickly for a trail.

First, thanks for weed removal along Dodds, from Morton to Rogers.
This problem is the condition of the Fagan Stone property. It has some wild flowers but is overgrown with weeds, shrubs, small trees, some several feet tall. Never cared for or mowed, it gives the neighborhood a trashy look.
