This bag just showed up one day. I can't physically move it by myself, but I think it's on the city's right of way. I'm not sure so that's why I'm filling this out. It's on Watson and Bryan. Pic attached. I tried moving it, but I think it's filled with concrete or sand? It's been there for months. I would move it myself if I could, but it looks like people passing by are now throwing trash into it.
We have an issue where either our trash cans have been stolen or misplaced both the regular trash can and the recycling are missing from our property.
There's a hole in the road next to the sidewalk, just South of the intersection of Lincoln & Wilson Streets, on the West side of the street. It's been there since the crew was installing cable a couple of months ago. It's a hazard!

Hit a pothole on E Moores Pike causing damage to my front right tire.
Glass front porch door hanging off hinges and is potential projectile with high winds/storms. Also porch roof has many loose shingles and gutters are hanging- again potential projectiles to nearby houses, businesses, street and pedestrians.
Large amounts of trash in the woods between reserve and knight ridge apartments. I reported this and nothing has been done to fix it.
Caller to HAND wants to report that large furniture items and trash are in the dumpster area but not in the dumpster. She says that this happens on a steady basis throughout the property. She said she has not notified management because in the past they have not responded. She would like a compliance officer to look at all the dumpsters, especially near garage 1. Water drains into the building because to slope facing away from building. Almost every building has broken or no gutters causing sidewalks, hallways, low level rooms to flood.
