RE: uReport case #171004 This case has been closed; however, the issue is not resolved. No adjustment was made to my Dec invoice in regard to our incorrect Nov. bill. Due to new meter issue, our Nov. bill was $150.90 (4 times normal). Kim Trotter closed the case stating an adjustment was made and would reflect on Dec. invoice.
