Ms. Ritter was visiting the IU campus and central Bloomington area for a science fair at the geology building. She said she could not find a place to park for 15 minutes and finally parked in a neighborhood and received a ticket.
Said that the ticket appeal website is not working.
Stephanie says that she is not able to pay two parking tickets b/c of financial difficulties.
