Dead deer on side of road in front of 800 E Grimes Lane
Between selected address and the entrance of Hearthstone is what is left of either a fawn or young doe that was hit by a vehicle.
Multiple incidents of two toy size dogs (possibly Pomeranian and Shitzu) being off leash in an un-fenced area which allows them to run into Grimes (a very busy through steeet). Multiple incidents of dogs being left unattended and found up to a block away from the residence. Today, Sunday September 28, Pomeranian was approached while actively in the middle of the street away from the resident and subsequent home, dog began growling although it was slowly moving towards. Asked resident why dog was off leash and looked like a stray, she stated “they just get out sometimes” implying this is a recurring issue. Also to this fact, the dogs have been observed in an unsafe environment for multiple weeks

These crosswalk white lines need to be repainted
A woman called the OOTM to report that the construction fencing at 3rd and College on West Side is coming apart and flapping.
I think it is now more than three years since there have been proper crosswalks for pedestrians crossing Third Street at the Jordan Avenue intersection. It is more than two years since the first time I wrote to inquire about it (March 2016). I was told then that it would be done in the summer of 2016. I wrote again in early 2017, and was told it would be done in the spring of 2017. A friend of mine wrote in the summer of 2017 and was told it would be done in the fall. What the heck is going on? After the recent work at Third and Woodscrest, new crosswalks appeared immediately. For it to take years at a corner where the pedestrian traffic is much higher seems truly unconscionable.
Why are the cross walks, bike lanes, turn lanes so poorly marked. The wear and tear from use and vehicles over the past four plus years has made these almost non-visable and your department has made no effort to correct the situation. This is true across the city wiith almost 70% intersections and crosswalks needing attention/maitence of some sort.
